Workshop Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence untuk Merancang Pembelajaran Mendalam sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru di YAPIP Cianjur

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi 28 guru SD dan SMP di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Pacet (YAPIP) Cianjur melalui workshop pemanfaatan artificial intelligence (AI) dalam merancang pembelajaran mendalam yang mencakup mindful, meaningful, dan joyful learning. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap guru, tercermin dari rancangan pembelajaran inovatif, presentasi kelompok, serta refleksi bersama. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kuesioner, lebih dari 80% peserta menyatakan lebih percaya diri dalam mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam praktik pembelajaran. Namun, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan variasi kemampuan literasi teknologi menjadi kendala utama. Luaran kegiatan berupa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis AI, publikasi ilmiah, artikel media, serta rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan program. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya mendukung implementasi kurikulum baru dan peningkatan profesionalisme guru, tetapi juga berpotensi menjadi model replikasi bagi sekolah lain di wilayah dengan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia rendah.
