Layanan Trauma Healing Pasca Bencana Hidrometeorologi melalui Konseling Kelompok di SD Negeri 9 Kebayakan

Bencana banjir bandang dan tanah longsor di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah menyisakan trauma psikologis mendalam bagi siswa di SD Negeri 9 Kebayakan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan mengentaskan dampak negatif krisis emosional siswa melalui layanan trauma healing berbingkai konseling kelompok. Subjek kegiatan berjumlah 27 siswa yang terdiri dari 13 siswa kelas III, 9 siswa kelas IV, dan 5 siswa kelas V. Metode yang digunakan adalah Partsipan Observation yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 sesi terstruktur (18-23 Mei 2026) meliputi play therapy, art therapy, blibiotherapy, dan teknik relaksasi mandiri. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan indikator Understanding, Comfortable, Action (U-C-A) berbasisi asesmen instrument skala emosi (0-100). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata emosi adaptif dari 43,41 pada skor pre-test menjadi 96,41 pada skor pos-test (meningkat sebesar 122,09%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan yang dilakukan memberikan dampak positif secara signifikan dalam memicu kecenderungan pemulihan kesehatan emosional serta menurunkan residu kecemasan anak pascabencana.
