This community service activity is based on the low level of workers’ understanding of occupational safety and health (K3), ergonomics, and the role of physiotherapy in preventing work-related injuries. In the field, many shoe cleaning workers still use non-ergonomic working positions, which can lead to musculoskeletal problems such as back and neck pain. The method used in this activity was counseling through material delivery, discussion, and demonstration of proper working positions based on physiotherapy principles. To measure workers’ understanding, evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test with a Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed an improvement in workers’ understanding after the counseling, indicated by higher post-test scores compared to pre-test. In addition, workers became more aware of the importance of ergonomics and the role of physiotherapy in maintaining health during work. It can be concluded that K3 based counseling with a physiotherapy approach is quite effective in improving workers’ understanding and promoting safer working behavior.
